We're helping people be financially independent and able to continue to contribute to their community, their friends, and their families.

Job Summary

The most successful companies are brilliant storytellers. They can effectively engage with business, technical and consumer audiences alike, helping them understand the magic behind the products they use. Enthusiastic storytelling empowers customers to make informed decisions. It drives both awareness and usage of our products.

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for helping us find new integration, content, agency and other types of partners to tell that story: how we're helping businesses get the recognition they deserve, and helping people find great services and products. It’s about developing relationships with marketing executives to help gain attention, while helping build partnerships to help get us more content, integrations, marketing channels, and more.

In this role you will be helping to build our Partnerships Function, with the goal of eventually leading it within our broader marketing department (which includes other functions such as Content Marketing, Advertising, etc).

Problems & Projects

You will be developing and exercising your skills in…

  • Talking with partners over livestreams, podcasts or other channels
  • Traveling to different events and conferences to build relationships with key partners (e.g. Instagram, Quickbooks, etc)
  • Supporting our Partners in their promoting of NiceJob
  • Improving our Partnerships program and support for partners.
  • Developing a network of contacts and influencing them to write about NiceJob and publish announcements and content you will write (or work with our content team to write) and send to them.
  • Build our partner network, adding partners for content, integrations, white-labelling, affiliates, referrals, sponsorships, and non-profits.

  • Our partnership strategy, system, and implementation

  • Volume and quality of new leads generated via partnerships

You are...

  • A willingness and ability to learn quickly, and hit the ground sprinting from day one

  • Good understanding of business development, marketing and partner channel management
  • Can talk passionately about tech with a broad understanding of the field
  • Thorough understanding of Online Marketing concepts and the broader tech industry.
  • Someone with a bachelor's degree or some other formal training (eg. Coursera) in a relevant field.

Salary & Perks

  • $60,000-$80,000 Base Salary depending on experience bonuses for hitting basic KPI's of 10% of base salary.
